Just got off the phone, on the phone exactly an hour. Coral Reef 1:45 / 5 pm show, on Dec 27th. Exactly what we wanted, woohoo

Called exactly at 7, took 36 minutes with 2 phones to get on hold. Waited on hold 33 minutes and got a great CM. Got exactly what I wanted ! Hang in there guys!

Hey guys-

I finally got through at 4:57am after a 50min wait! I got Le Cellier at 5:25pm on 12/22 for the 8:15pm show. I would've liked 6pm but I guess it doesn't really matter!

When I first spoke w/ the CM, she said LC for 12/22 wasn't available but it turns out she was looking under 11/22 instead! Hahaha I was horrified!

Anyway, the last song I heard was Splash Mtn. I didn't appreciate listening to the Haunted Mansion at 4:47am after having been up all night- creeeepy!

Called at 7:38am... got a CM in 34 minutes... got exactly what I wanted...Teppan Edo @ 4pm, show at 6:45pm all-in-all 41 minutes.

Was able to get Christmas Eve.

Still can't get through. How long does it take to say:

U: "yes, I'm calling to get a Candlelight Processional Dinner package for -insert date- at -insert restaurant-and would like to see the -insert CP show time here-"

CM: "ok let me check my system. Ok Sir/Ma'am we have a -insert time here- available, would you like that?"

U: "um, yes, thanks" or "do you have anything for the same date and time at another restaurant?"

CM: "ok here is your confirmation #" or "let me check. Ok we have a -insert time here- at -insert location- for the date and show time you requested"

U: "verifying confirmation #. Ok thanks" or "yes, I'll take the -insert time- at -insert location- thanks"

I just don't understand why I have been redialing now for almost and hour & half and still cannot get through even to be put on hold

Here's a tip: ONCE you've made your reservation, you can retrieve it online and have it emailed to you. Just go to the disney dining online reservation system, and do a manual retrieval, using the conf # and tel #. Then there's a place to email the reservation.

Mine first asked if I was staying on site and wanted my resv.# Not sure why that mattered. And I just realized that he didn't give me a price.

Number of adults (over 18)

I stumbled on this one...didn't understand what she was asking...CM said it's the number of true adults, over 18.
Possibly remind DS to *write down* the CP reservation number at the end of the call? You didn't say DS's age. Good luck!

After 44 minutes on hold, plus 25 minutes of dialing and busy - Got what we wanted!! 12/2 at Le Cellier for 8:15 show!!!

CM was very helpful!! Said at 7AM they had 500 calls on hold.

Whew. Glad to get that out of the way.

25 minutes on hold...have switched cordless phones and hoping I get a CM soon. Glad many have what they need and those still trying, hang in there!

Hey, thanks, I was wondering if it would show up in our list of ADRs! I thought it might because the Imagineer's Lunch did (same deal, book with a CM, no online, and guarantee with a credit card).

oh no, i'm so sorry for you, to be honest though, I feel like giving up myself, just can't get through at all. Keep ringing and then get a discontinued tone, only heard the 50's guy 3 times in over an hour. I'm getting so frustrated at having to ring the 1p a min line then waiting to be put through to disney only to hear the discontinued tone. I feel like just calling disney direct, but knowing my luck I would get through and be on hold for an hour and the phone call would cost a fortune.......

Im on hold, Im on hold! YAAAY! Now I can make my BF breakfast like he keeps bugging me to... (I dont think he will ever be OK with me getting up at 4am for this but not to make him breakfast before work, lol! <3)

Is anyone else trying for Chefs on the 15th? Is it booked? We were going to do le cellier but I got one when they released them earlier so I don't want to push it.

Listening to Disney music is so much easier than hitting the hold and cannot be completed...
