I have vertigo and know how crazy and upseting it can be. It is very similar to mono only with spins oh and hears the best part, once you have it you will always have it and it can flare up at any time. On the bright side, once you get over your intial bought, ur fine. The recovery time also is not as long as mono.

I thank you for the kind thoughts and wishes in regard to my DH's illness. However, I do not wish to be the cause of this thread going offtrack because I mentioned it. My only real reason for mentioning it was to let you know how important your timely information re the CPP is to me. Let's just keep this thread for all of us who are looking for the latest information on the Candlelight Processional Packages and letting the rest of us know the moment they become available for booking. I really want to get a CPP. We will be there 12/20-12/25 so I know it's going to be hard to get an ADR.
When we were there in 2006 we had a CPP with ressies at Coral Reef. It poured the rain that day. By the time we finished our meal and got our passes we were beat. We stayed for a little while hoping the rain would let up. It didn't. By the time we got back to the stage for CP we were drenched and just wanted to go. We did stand in the back and heard a little bit of the show. My kids were miserable as were we. On our way out of the park my DD had to stop and pour the water out of her shoes. They shrank and she couldn't wear them again.
So, I REALLY want to try it again.

I called at 7:00 am and was answered 9 minutes later. The CM explained they are busy booking the F&W festival beginning today. Unfortunately she could not predict when they would start the CPPs. I told her that I've been hearing "the end of July for some time and that today is July 20th." She said that she has heard that also but that last year they did not begin booking CPP until the middle of August and that it could be the same this year. So, still waiting like all of you...

Thank goodness for this thread. I'm taking my parents (both 50) and my siblings (23 and 21) with me to Disney this year. They have their heart set on Coral Reef. When I asked them for a second and third choice, they looked at me like I had grown another head. I'm glad there are other ppl out there who realize how intense getting a CP package is going to be.

They have lots of special dinners and things for Food and Wine. There is a sticky with all of the Food and Wine info on the top of the main Restaurant Forum if you're interested in more details about the specific events. TDC Nala is a bit of an expert when it comes to F&W.

Should we try again in the morning or is the feeling that it will be the very end of July? This is our first Thanksgiving at WDW in 3 years-so, am not sure when the packages will come out... We booked a last minute trip last December and the only CP available was China-would rather do without than get stuck there again!!

IMHO the only thing that we really know is that it WASN'T today, so the CM who said 7/20 was thinking of F&W. Until Disney can give me a firm date, I will just share my morning cup of joe with them at 7am. It's starting to become a nice ritual in my household

I don't know I'm enjoying sleeping until 7:00 now that the kids are out of school-I was so out of it this morning-I almost woke them up to get them ready for school! Hopefully, it will open up before I make that mistake!!

I expect that you will be able to get Coral Reef if you make your ADR during the first day or two they become available. Last year when that was our 5th choice for either of 2 dates for either of 2 shows that is where we ended up. We had an excellent dinner there. I was just trying to plan our day to minimize walking back & forth around EPCOT too many times and Coral Reef is one of the furthest dining locations from the America Gardens Theatre. I could not get anything for our first 4 choices. Coral Reef was the only Tier 3 ADR available. Last year we were restricted to booking 90 days in advance plus 10 days as on property guests. I was booking for our 3rd or 5th day and enough people whose windows opened earlier than ours got all those other ADRs. They had availability at Coral Reef for our 5th day of our stay.
