Anyone know if they set aside so many tables for the CP packages? I tried to get a reservation for the first week of December at Le Celler for 5 and they were sold out. I'm hoping they save some tables for the CP packages. Anybody know about this?:confused3

Yes! They definitely set aside tables just for those who purchase the CP packages.

Last year the packages went on sale August 16.

Yes they do. We are in the same boat. We called at 7:00 AM yesterday at 180 days on the first second that I could to get our ressies for our Dec trip and all they had for a table of 6 was 8:50 PM!! :sad2: We had to choose a ressie with 2 tables for our party at 4:40 so we didn't miss Illuminations. The CM stated that there are tables that are set aside for the CP Package so hopefully when it is released in mid August some more tables will open up. Good luck. :)

Thank you for this info! Thank you thank you thank you! I've looked everywhere for an idea of when these would be released and couldn't find it!

The only thing DH asked for for Christmas this year was Candlelight Processional at Le Cellier ON Christmas Eve! So I'm trying my darndest to get that for him!

You are very welcome! Just keep checking here on the DIS. If they release the date they are going on sale a few days early (like they did last year), you'll find out here first! Last year, we knew about a week before they went on sale.

Confused woman checking in here! My family and I want to eat at Lecellier in December. If we are not doing this Candlelight thing you guys are talking about can we still have dinner there? If it matters we are going Dec 9th-15th. Thanks!

Yes, you can still have dinner there. Just pick a day and make your ADRs at 180 days out.

You are welcome to try and get an ADR when your 180 mark arrives. We are discussing the fact that they hold some tables aside for those guests who want to book the CP dinner package.

When the dinner package becomes available, those tables will be available to guests who book the dinner package. That way all the tables aren't already gone by the time the packages go on sale in August.

Those who do NOT want the package should book RIGHT at 180 days, at 7:00a especially for Le Cellier.

Ok, I gotcha! Thanks so much for the help! One more question...is this CP package going on every night in December at Epcot or is it just certain nights?

Yikes, no wonder! Thanks so much, you are a wealth of information!

Is CP a package you pay for or is it similar to the Fantasmic/dining reservations in MGM?

I made Le Cellier res for Dec 1 and could only get 8:20pm. What time does the Candlelight processional occur and what nights?

The Candlelight Processional is held every night from the day after Thanksgiving to December 30. It is held at 5:00p, 6:45p and 8:15p. It runs about 40 minutes.

Here is some info on last year:

Is there a charge to see the Candlelight Processional?

No, it is included in your admission to Epcot. There is, however, a dinner package available for purchase that includes a ticket to Reserved Seating for the Candlelight Processional.

Seating without the dinner package is on a first come, first serve basis for each show. Folks line up 45 minutes (longer as you are closer to Christmas) before show time. 15 minutes prior to the show, seating is then opened up to those on line. Also, keep in mind if you wait in line for the 2nd or 3rd show of the night, that you will be hearing the show before yours as it is performed.

You can always stroll by the America Gardens Theatre in World Showcase to listen to the music and wonders of Christmas.

If you wish to purchase the dinner package (explained below) with reserved seating, there is a charge.

What does the Candlelight Processional Dinner Package include?

The package includes dinner at select Epcot restaurants and reserved general seating at the America Gardens Theatre. Park admission is not included. No merchandise discount.

Magic Your Way Platinum Package is accepted. Magic Your Way Premium and plus dining requires one table service. at any of the restaurants listed below. Restaurant Akershus in Norway is not included in packages.

You must eat PRIOR to your Candlelight show time!

Must guarantee the package with a credit card when booking. Payment is made when you dine at which time yuou will be given your tickets for the general reserved seating.

Package includes a non-alcoholic beverage. Package does NOT include tax, gratuity or lobster entrees.

I did find this information after my first post, but does anyone know how this works if your on the dining plan? Are you able to make the dinner package reservations and use a TS credit? Just trying to get a better time at LeCellier in November. Thanks.

Hi
We used 1 TS credit for the Coral Reef dinner package last December. We had our ADR around 5:00 and the CP started at 8:15.:goodvibes

Thanks so much for all the information.:worship: I was able to get two tables for the five of us at 4:40 for Dec 7. I even asked the cm if they were blocking out tables for the CP, she told me no. Now I guess I'll be waiting around for August to see if I should switch it out for the package.:hourglass if I can even get one of the package.

Don't believe her! ;)

OK, so the CM I talked to this morning said that the Candlelight Procession dinner packages will be available Aug 5th. But I'm so hestitant to believe it, because I bet if I called back right someone else would tell me something different!! She also said that the "narrator list" would be out in a few week!!

We'll see!! My fingers are crossed!!

Yes. you can use DDP. We did last year and it was one TS. We did CP package on christmas eve with dinner at Teppanyaki. The only thing that was a bit disappointing is that you must eat BEFORE the show you have reservations for because you get your badge for the reserved seating from your waiter. We went to 6:45pm show so we had to eat at 4:00pm. The previous years, you could eat after your CP show because badges were given out at your resort or guest services..we would have preferred to eat after, but it worked out OK because it was our first day at WDW and we just had a big breakfast before arriving to OKW around 1:30 and just headed to epcot. The show really made the holiday. We are going agin for xmas this year and look forward to this event.
