When you make ps for the Candlelight Processional do you have to order from a special menu or do you order from the regular menu?

I'm trying to figure out which restuarant to chose with my 5 finiky dd's.

We were tossing around the idea of either the Rose and Crown or the Garden Grill. I like the Rose and Crown because of the location but I'm not sure of the food.

you get to order from the regular menu. sometimes there are a few exceptions, but generally the entire menu is included.

Is I think only menu item that is not included in dinner package meals.:wave2:

We ate at Le Cellier last December with the CP Package. The appetizer was restricted, as we could only order a soup or salad, but the rest of the meal we could order whatever we wanted. It was a great meal, but both DH and I would have ordered a different appetizer than what we ate.

We have done the CP Package the last three years, and enjoyed it all three times. In 2001 & 2002 we ate at Rose & Crown Pub and last year we ate Chef De'France. We picked a starter (appetizer), main course & desert off the regular menu. Rose & Crown is one of our favorite places to eat so you will have a great time if this is where you choose to eat. We also enjoyed our experience at Chef De'France very much.

We ate on the CP package at Mexico this Christmas 2003 and were a little disappointed. We could only order a salad or one or two other appetizers. And for dessert it was a limited choice. I enjoyed doing it and would again but felt Disney should state that your menu will be limited (or just charge a few more $).

We did CP and had dinner at Chef De France. We ordered off of the regular menu and couldn't eat all that we got. It was well worth the cost IMO.

But it is far away from the CP, and they won't let you schedule an earlier time to get from point A to B.

I argued, and argued.... and finally, just showed up an hour early at Garden Grill, and luckily they decided to sit us. It worked out nicely.

DD - 5 loved the Mickey chars, and the Macarroni and Cheese skillet.

We did the CP in Dec and ate at the Coral Reef. They had a scaled down version of the regular menu. And there wasn't much on it that we wanted or liked. We decided that next time we wouldn't eat at Coral Reef for CP that we would pick a different place to eat. We usually go to Coral Reef so that's one reason we weren't happy to see a small menu. Their regular menu is so good.

We ate at Norway's Akershus last Christmas Eve for CP. It was excellent, with no restrictions on hot entrees or desserts. Full cold buffet was included of course.

I like it, as it has a very relaxed, quiet atmosphere, at least each time I have been :D.

Planning on grabbing a late lunch there next month as you can often get in without a PS during the day.
