Candlelight Processional Dinner Package - Which Restaurants Participate

We are going to WDW in December. It will be our first time visiting the parks when they are decorated for the holidays.

Which restaurants participate in the CPDP for 2011? What is the cost per person? Which performance would you choose? Any suggestions?

Here are links to information on this year's CP. Looking at it quickly, the description for Le Cellier on the wdwinfo page says "dinner," but actually it will be lunch and seating will only be available for the first performance.
