Candlelight Processional Dining package 2017 Watch -partial Narrator list updated Aug 25th

For those wondering about Via Napoli, I was able to book 12/19/17 for 5:40pm dinner around 6:10am. When I clicked on 5:30pm in the menu it only gave me one time (5:40pm) and said it checked between 4-7:00 pm and that was all it had. So perhaps with it opening much earlier this morning and people not being able to get their breakfasts at a couple of other restaurants, they've booked other meal times. Maybe some will open up later if people can get the breakfast reservations they really wanted.

I too am beyond thrilled if the narrator stays the same and I see NPH!! He always seems to narrate at the beginning of the season so I figured there would be no chance of seeing him.

I feel the same way. It was stressful last year trying to hunt down adrs. THis year is even worse. It's actually making me nervous. Yes, expensive trip, so we should be able to get which dining/events we want IF we put in the effort to reserve them asap. And everyone here is doing just that. I know so many of us are waiting for the extra events and parties, etc.....I have so many adrs in touring plans reservation finder and it's crickets. Granted, I did change my plans for many days shortly after my 180 day ..typical!

But, as far as this goes...there's no reason not to release everything. For what it's worth, I remember things showing up days after CP packages were released, but also, I had received touring plans notifications for Akershus a few days leading up to when CP was released too...

Folks, calm down. It is highly improbable that all these restaurants are sold out for all dates. It is typical Disney IT issues. Things never go smooth when Disney releases discounts & dining packages. Availability is always slow to load. Give it a few hours ora day or 2 & you will probably find what you need.

Yep - I get all excited about making ADRs... gotta remember computers are a challenge and we humans are on the other end working the system. I can't wait to go... and have to admit, kind of like checking back... we have a spot, it will be awesome and icing on the cake if we manage to luck upon a Garden Grill breakfast... so excited!!!

Asking this question again, hoping there's an answer. On DDP...is this still worth doing since it's now 2 TS for all restaurants/meals? I guess just pay out of pocket?

I'm just seeing this!!! Not sure. I may consider using the credits allotted for the meal and paying the other half out of pocket. I already had my meals pretty much mapped out to make sure my dining credits would cover everything. Are they doing this for all dining packages now?!

No, this one has been 2TS for awhile. My guess is the popularity of the limited-tim show drives the upcharge.

I wanted The Garden Grill also for breakfast on 12/13 and nothing. then I tried throughout that whole day and nothing. They must of held this restaurant back and didn't load it. That's the only reason I was up at 6 am.

Oh, we'll miss NPH for a week, that's too bad. Trace Adkins have an awesome voice though, it'll be a great CP.

We have reservations for Chefs de France on the 16th!

Got exactly what I wanted and the 8:15 show, so do we get to stay in our seats during the firworks show? If yes, is it a good view?

No, you won't want to stay in your seats. The fireworks will be blocked by the theater/stage. You'll want to head out and find a spot with a good view of the lake.
IllumiNations runs later during the Candlelight Processional season, so you should have plenty of time to leave the theater and find a spot.

So I've been trying all night to book Via Napoli for 11/30 but no times at all. This is my first time booking this package. How are people able to get christmas eve which I would think is more popular than the week after Thanksgiving?

I find it odd that Biergarten released non-CP dining last night and is available for booking today while Akershus and Garden Grill did not and no one seems to be able to find a CP reservation for those...

Booked Via Napoli for 12/3. Since this is the first time seeing this it doesn't really matter to us who the narrator will be. I'm happy with anyone!
