Candlelight Processional Dilemma

The time frame for my ADR's is coming up. OK it's 6 weeks away, but when your trip is still 7 1/2 months away, 6 weeks is pretty close. I plan on doing the CP dinner plan at Le Cellier, but last year they didn't announce the dinner plan until August, and I'm afraid Le Cellier will be full. So, does this sound OK? I will have to make my ADR for LeCellier on the night I think I want to go to CP and just change to the dinner plan when they announce it.

I know you wouldn't guess it, but I'm one of those obessive planners.

That's what I would do and probably will do too. I'll be going Dec. 4th-8th and I'm patiently waiting for the MVMCP dates to be released so I can finally figure out my week and my ADR's. Just tell them when you call that you may change it when the CP dates are announced and they'll understand. Heck, they may even have the dates there before they are announced.

That is exactly what I would do. Last year the ADR policy was only 90 days, since they have gone to the 180, hopefully they will also have their packages in place. BTW I don't know if you have ever been to the CP but it was amazing, it gives me goose bumps still sitting here typing about it. Enjoy, sadly we are not returning to the world until 1/1/07 and will miss it.

Of course I can't find the post now, but someone wrote that a CM said the CP packages would be released in May. Not sure how accurate that is, but it would make sense. We are also waiting for CP and MVMCP.

They keep the tables for the packages separate from the regular ADR's. I don't believe you can make an ADR and then switch it to the package if there is not availability for the package.
