Dates are Nov, 27 - Dec, 30 according to the events link on main page and above here.

Nov 27 - Dec 30, 2009. Dinner package reservations should begin mid to late June. Narrators should be announced just prior to the beginning of reservations.

Last time I did the CP, in 2007, they started taking reservations in late August and announced the narrators sometime in September. I remember making ADRs for the CP package, not knowing who the speaker would be. Then, of course, you get the late October/November changes.

How early can you make a reservation if it is a dinner package?

No actual date yet. It was June 23rd for 2008 dinner packages.

I take it the 90 rule for dining does not apply to these type of reservations.
