Would anyone mind sharing the policy for booking & cancelling. Do you pay in full or just hold with your CC? What is the cancellation policy? I should know this but I can't remember & could use your help. TIA :)

PS: I tried a search, but gave up after reading multiple threads of info I wasn't looking for. :upsidedow

Credit card hold/guarantee, must cancel 48 hours in advance :goodvibes

Bumping this back up, because I just got off the phone with a CM who said the CP package is nonrefundable. :confused3 I didn't book, because we prefer Chefs & I would have had to book San Angel Inn (my DH's choice of ADRs still available). I want to keep trying for Chefs. Was she incorrect? Should I call back? TIA :)

I would call back. I know I was told last year and this year that it's a 48 hr cancellation.

Well, I called back. By then, the San Angel Inn was no longer available. I've got a feeling trying to book a CP package is going to get frustrating quickly. :rolleyes1

How does this work if you are on the Dining Plan? I made reservations for a December trip to Disney recently (with the Dining Plan). The Candlelight Processional sounds wonderful, but I'm not sure how it works with the Dining Plan.

Sorry :sad2: I booked mine this year the day they came out and had trouble. But, lot's of people book them "just in case" they go to Disney and then they don't or they cancel. Keep trying, hopefully it'll open up for you :goodvibes

Works the same as any other meal on the DDP. Doesn't matter which Tier you book, it'll still be 1 TS credit.

Thanks for the encouragement. I'll keep trying, until I can't take the rejection any longer. :p
