A google search showed narrators were announced the latter half of Sep in 2021 and 2022.

It suddenly hit me the other day! Could the writers strike be affecting the announcement of celebrities? I mean, most won't cross the picket line and are in support of the strike. Doesn't mean their won't be events, just means there may not be celebs contracted as of yet.

I read and article in the last couple of days that suggested this very thing. Last year, half of the narrator's were released in July. This year, nothing. The speculation (from the article) is that Disney may even replace some of the narrators with celebrities that may not be affected by the strike (sports, news folks, etc).

Or, the strike gets worked out and they proceed as normal...

I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
