Candle light processional @ EPCOT?

Does anyone have information about the candle light processional at EPCOT. We are traveling Dec 10th-15 and want to see the lights.

Do you need PS.
Where do your eat?
Times?

We have tons of questions.

Go to the Dis Home Page click on Theme Parks, click on Epcot, click on special events, scroll down to special events and click on christmas, click on Candlelight Processional and there will be the information. All of Disney is decorated for christmas.
If by wanting to see the lights, you mean the Osborne Lights at MGM they are not going to be put up this year, do to adding a new attraction.
