Cancelling with WDTC-UK....

Am I right in thinking that as long as I cancel with WDTC-UK before our final balance is due that we'll just lose our deposit?

Think it looks like we definitely won't be making it in September but I don't want to cancel any sooner than we have to.

I think there is a schedule in the paperwork that tells you how much you lose or how much you have to pay etc. It varies depending on how far in advance you cancel I think

this is correct.
If you cancel before the 56 days deadline you only lose your deposit (£50pp)

then the cancellation fees are as follow (days - loss %age)
56-29 days 30 %
28-15 days 40 %
14- 5 days 50 %
Less than 4 days 100 %

if your booking is flight inclusive, then it's 70 days out and the loss of deposit is £150pp

Thanks guys, our balance is due next month so I guess we'll need to make our decision soon.
