Sort of OT. Did they change it to 24 hours ahead? It used to be before midnight the night before.

Thanks for the replies! Unfortunately, I have stomach issues and its always a possibility.. Just wanted to be prepared.

Yes that was our issue too... stomach issues combined with the heat can often make big sit down meal seem very unappealing!

I agree that canceling just opens up more tables for walkins. Don't think they are really losing out by allowing you to cancel. I wouldn't stress about it. That's never good for the tummy either!

I think in your case this is because you were able to physically be there. That's considered 'showing up'

Ah. Fair point. I think it also helped that they had a wait list of people who had stopped by in person to ask about the package.

I guess I missed that in the OP. No, it's never been 24 hours and it hasn't changed. The cancellation policy clearly states you must cancel "the day before." I don't know where the 24-hour thing comes from.

It says 'you must cancel at least one day prior'. I guess to me it sounded like 24 hours prior. Sorry!
