cancelling memory maker

I have a memory maker purchased for my trip in march but I went at Christmas and did not scan my band once or take a photo but it says I have activated my memory maker. I want it for March not Dec. how can I fix this??

Don't download anything and call to cancel. There are automatic pictures for rides that end up in your account whether you scanned your band or not and whether you purchased memory maker or not. Hopefully they can apply it to your next trip instead.
