Cancelling Disney :(

Hi Everyone

Please could anyone advise me i booked disney a couple of months back but may need to cancel i am absolutley devastated just want to know if i will be able to get any money back or will i lose my whole 35% deposit

I haven't got a clue just wanted to say sorry if that is the case. Maybe look through the paperwork terms and conditions or in the back of the brochure I'm sure it breaks everything down there

So Sorry you have to cancel.. don't think my heart could stand it. Disney will usually refund full amount if you cancel 45 days before arrival date. Good Luck

Sorry to give contradicting information, but everything I've ever seen says that the deposit is non refundable...

I've heard of lots of people on here who've changed their bookings for a better offer and lost their deposits (but it's still worked out cheaper) - don't think I've heard of anybody getting their deposit refunded.

If you have to cancel (hope not ) and they don't refund deposits do you have any travel insurance or card insurance that will refund you if it's for a reason that is covered by the policy ?
