We're watching all the hurricane stuff on tv and know that CC might not be an option when we sail in November.

We are thinking of booking some excursions at the 60 day mark that we might end up needing to cancel. It will just depend on what itenerary we end up sailing.

Can anyone tell me what the latest is you can cancel an excursion without being penalized for it?

I think I was told that you could cancel up to 2 days before you sailing date without incurring a penalty.

ANY excursions booked thru Disney Cruise Line are fully covered for cancellation for any issues preventing them from happening, such as CC not being ready yet, or the port itinerary changing.

For independant bookings, it's up to the tour operator.
