Cancelling activities and Dining

I posted before and recieved some help that excursions had to be cancelled 3 days before cruise.

What about cancelling dining such as Palo dinner/Brunch or the sports simulator package?

I remember on a previous cruise we cancelled a Palo Brunch onboard without penalty.

I remember on a previous cruise we cancelled a Palo Brunch onboard without penalty.

For Palo, the cutoff is 2:00 pm for dinner (same day).
