Cancelling a Tour

Need to cancel a tour due to travel plan changes. I understand the policy is no refunds, anyone experience something different? Will call to cancel anyway so others can take the tour. Just wondering if there are any tips out there :)
 
I have never heard of them making an exception. I would think if there was an emergency, they'd do something, but just normal life stuff, probably not.
 
They may be able to give you a different tour time or voucher for another tour. Doesn't hurt to ask.
 
I went on the Happiest Haunts Tour a few weeks ago, someone on our tour had gotten in a car accident the day before when then talked to Customer Relations, they stuck with the "no refund" policy, period. But it certainly doesn't hurt to ask.
