cancelling a reservation

if i booked online but cant retrive it (due to being oversees i used my internation accescode and now i cant retrieve it) can i cancel when i get there or will they see a double booking and cancel them both

I had the same problem with using the international acces code - just leave off the 00 at the beginning and punch in the following 10 numbers - it should work!!
And IF you booked it online - on your confirmation there is the number right on top with your name and email - so you can see what part they "used".

it worked but now i have another question what if they need to call me because in that number it is missing the last number
