How soon before your arrival date would you need to cancel a free dining package in order to not lose your deposit? Thanks!

All packages have to be cancelled before your 45 day mark to not lose your deposit.

This is correct. You will need to pay your balance at 45 days prior to check in or cancel the package to receive 100% of your deposit back.
