Cancelling a AAA trip

Has anyone ever cancelled a trip booked through here? We are 29 days out and finances just fell through.
To say we are bummed is an understatement. If we can get our money back we can go in October or the end of September. I hope....

Not sure if this counts, but I had booked a room at Lake Buena Vista Best western (through AAA website) for 2 nights for my brother and then cancelled them b/c a room at OKW opened up. It was no problem at all---just went on the website and cancelled and they gave a confirm. number.

If it's room only, penalties hit when you are within 5 days. If it's a package, you fall under Disney's cancelation policies, which is $100 fee when you are within 44 - 6 days prior your trip.
You might want to find out if you change your dates to September/October now, and sometimes Disney will waive that fee since AAA is a big seller of them.
