Cancelling 1 Day off Stay

So we just became members on a resale and are already doing a add on and we have to book a stay for Jan 2007. The problem we have is that we don't know if we can get to WDW the tuesday night or wednesday morn due to SW not having flights out yet and if we can't get a good time then we may fly out of toronto to get there tues but if we fly out of buffalo on SW we can not get there till wednesday. If I book the tuesday to sat and then have to end up cancelling the tuesday night what will happen to those points. If I'm still in the banking window can they be saved.

Yes, you can modify the reservation to add or delete dates. As with all cancellations, as long as you are more than 31 days of arrival, the points used will be returned to your account to be used or banked, based on normal deadlines. Changes made within 31 days of arrival will cause points to be placed in the "Holding Account"- which means they may only be used within 60 days of the arrival date.
There are no other penalties though for changing a reservation.

Thanks WebmaterDoc, thats excatley what I wanted to hear. Just got of the phone and our add on is done. Now we just have to book.
