Cancelled the wrong Ressie!

Aargh. I am an idiot! I was in the process of moving a reservation around and cancelled one of the wrong reservations. Now I am stuck without a ressie for July 1. Hopefully the wait list works out!!

Anyone ever done that before?

Yup, online. I noticed right away, went right back in to rebook and its gone. Stupid me

Keep trying online. Sometimes it takes a while for canceled reservations to show up to book again. Same with dates you started to book but didn't finish, may not be available right away.

I tried all night and could not get it to work. I called MS first thing this AM and they put me I hold and were finally able to find me a room!!

We are now at BLt June 23-July 1 and AKV July 1-8!!

Whew that's good news. Thanks for the warning that we need to be extra careful when making, modifying or canceling reservations. Enjoy!

It's possible that the online inventory may not include rooms made available to CRO. I was told by a manager that MS can access that inventory and use it for DVC Members.

Now we just have to try to get Jambo instead of Kidani and we will be all set

I think we will see quite a few of these threads now that online booking is available. I was nervous even when I was only online to look at the functionality! Would love to see the trend line of # of calls made to MS to 'fix' an online mistake vs calls for reservations. One line will go up and one line go down I assume.

BTW - we now have most of the nights reserved for the 2nd week at Jambo instead of Kidani. We just had to waitlist the night of the 5th. FIngers crossed.

I still have Kidani booked so we are good either way

I'm so afraid of doing this. We change our ressies from time to time and I always triple check.
