Cancelled Reservations Showing in Dashboard

I really suspect this is to do w/the glitch I mentioned earlier. The random CCV reservation that showed up was once an SSR reservation for this summer and the SSR reservation that shows up is one that we cancelled to book a Poly stay at Christmas. Around that time there was the whole glitch with the MDE not updating when modifying a reservation (unless you did it twice). I suspect the issues are related.
 
Same here. My dash board has been showing a June reservation at the Poly for a couple of months now. At first I was like did I make a reservation in my sleep? 😂😂

When I click on modify to view details, it shows a completed stay I had at the Riviera back in March. This is the membership where I have both Poly and RIV points. I just decided to ignore it since the point balances in all my contracts and memberships are correct, and all my upcoming reservations are also correctly listed. I didn’t want to call them because I didn’t want them go in and screw something up. So much confidence in IT 😂😂
 
Two cancelled reservations showed up today on my dashboard.
 
I almost had a nervous breakdown earlier. My dashboard reflected a June 12 reservation at VGF for my August UY 168 points. 15 minutes on hold with heart in my throat waiting for Member Services felt like an eternity.

Thankfully they confirmed it's a glitch and IT is working on it.

I am glad the CM on the phone acknowledged they are aware of the glitch.
 
I am experiencing the same issue with a canceled reservation. Thank you for the feedback. I was planning to call as well.
 
My cancelled reservations are gone from my dashboard as of this morning.

ETA: and 30 minutes later they are back.....

Although glitch will eventually be fixed, in my case, the cancelled reservation is on my dashboard AND the points (168) for said reservation are deducted from my membership. Is anyone else seeing the points gone on dashboard?

That I am not seeing. What happens if you click into the reservation? Does it report 0 points or does it report 168? If 168 then I am wondering if it is actually cancelled properly.

This would make me call - as soon as MS opens again, and I would ask the CM to put a note in my file and also document the call!

When I click in it shows the standard screen with option to modify or cancel. Since member services told me yesterday it was an error, and for fear of messing something up, im not going to make any changes. I am however going to call back later to check on status just in case.

But how many points does it say it is? For instance, all the other posters on here (myself included) have 0 points shown when clicking on it in the dashboard. To clarify, it shows full points in the dashboard, but 0 points when you click to modify.

If it is not showing 0 when you click I would call back.
 
Well, my cancelled reservations are still there, and showing points used.

Yet, the dashboard is showing the countdown to my true next reservation at BLT. The cancelled reservation shows a AKV Concierge one bedroom that I had booked before the Original Wish Maiden voyage which was in June!

It's interesting how everybody seems to be differently affected. My countdown shows the first reservation in the dashboard (a cancelled one).
 
My dashboard is now showing 1 day until my trip. UH NO. And my points are all screwed up, with the banked clearly not applied first. I'm gonna have to be on the phone tomorrow for my banking deadline tomorrow. Yay for Disney IT.

I feel like I am always on the phone with these people. What a waste of everyone's time and money and dues.
 
The VGF2 reservations are causing chaos for me. I think that's why my banked points don't look right. Ugh. I guess I should have checked this last week.

I can see some, but not all, of my canceled reservations. And they all show the resort that had the points, not what the actual reservation was.

FIX THE WEBSITE BILL.

I had some strange issues last week as well which seem slightly different than everyone else… my dashboard showed a new (to me) reservation while I was staying in Disney!!

I had switched resorts from CCV (res was 5/17-20) to the Poly (2 ressies across 2 memberships: 5/20-21 & 5/21-25), and suddenly a BLT res for 5/18-21 showed up. 😳 It was May 21st when I saw it. I panicked a little when I saw a different # of points for the reservation (it was the proper number required for those nights at BLT)… yet my point balance was correct. As far as I remember, I had never booked any backup nights at BLT for that stay (I’d used a different membership for my 11-month booking), but I did use BLT points for that CCV stay!!

The CCV reservation was still showing up properly as well, so I decided to just wait a few days to see if it would resolve itself. Thankfully, it did! Interestingly, I had 2 waitlists come through right around the same time last week (but they were on diff memberships & for BCV not BLT). Sooooo odd!!!

Also, the splash page that shows your next reservation w/graphic of the resort with the countdown is correct......21 days to VGF.....which to me is even stranger since the two pages don't match up on countdowns.
 
I'm showing 1 day to SSR now, and that was never right. LOL I own SSR, but I've never booked there.
