Cancelled Reservations Showing in Dashboard

I'm showing 1 day to SSR now, and that was never right. LOL I own SSR, but I've never booked there.

Part of the bug is that the resort that is displayed as where the reservation is taking place is the resort where the points came from....why....who knows.

I just don’t get why some people have issues and some don’t.

But I am not an IT person. Just seems like it wouldn’t be so random. Sorry for those having issues.

I did a chat regarding my dashboard just to be sure my reservation was cancelled, and was assured it was. However, this next statement crazy to me, it never was the case before:

I have also had a link to show past trips. But it never brought up canceled ones. Could they have been referring to those?

No, it's showing canceled reservations, not past reservations. I have dozens, I move stuff around all the time. It seems to only be showing ones in the next month. FUN!

I meant maybe the CM on chat was confusing the fact it shows completed trips and instead said canceled in he response by mistake.

I know people are seeing the wrong things.

My two cancelled reservations are still showing up on the dashboard without a check and showing the points without a reservation number, but when I click on it the cancelled reservation shows 0 points?

I do not want to click cancel again in case something happens.

OK this thread is stressing me out! I haven’t looked at my dashboard in a few weeks and have multiple trips/rooms booked for the fall & next spring. I’ve just decided I’m not even going to look at the dashboard until this thread confirms everything’s been fixed…too scared

Canceled reservation displayed this week was freaking me out! I called and they said don't worry about it. When I tried to cancel online before calling in, it looked ok but then I got an error message. It did disappear for a tiny bit but then came back.
Sheesh! I thought i made it by mistake and i was already arranging for a quick rental thru a broker! I already asked 3 friends to take it too! Ah wells! The clue was that the booking checkmark and no points taken out.

I'm freaking out a little. I just noticed that I have a reservation for this week at HHI, checking in two days ago. Well, I'm not there. I know this was a cancelled reservation, but it's just now showing up in my dashboard. What worries me is that it shows it's using 70 points! There is no checkmark beside it unlike the other reservations.

ETA: I just chatted with a CM and was told to disregard it. He confirmed my vacation points had been returned to my account when I cancelled it.

It was the same with me. If you click thru, it will say 0 pts on next screen but it still freaked me out. You should be ok. I called and they said it was fine. I was in the midst of my trip/ so talk about stress, walking around Downtown Disney while sorting it out.

I had plugged my reservation number in my email search and found a reservation but no cancellation so even more scary. i think the missing checkmark is key.
