cancelled flight

if your flight gets cancelled and get to disney a day or two later will they hold your room or do you loose your room and the time you r late.

I think they would only hold your reservation if you called and explained what was going on. I would think that you would be responsible for all charges (although death and poss. Jet Blue flight problems might warrent some type of refund/credit). That is why there is trip insurance, I would purchase it if there is any remote possibility that you could not make your reservation.

It's really important to be in contact with Disney to let them know what's going on (or your travel agent can do this if you used one). If you're a 'no show', most hotels will cancel the entire reservation. If they know you're coming a day or two later, they will plan for that. Depending on the cancellation policies ........... and Disney is at least 5 day notice for just a room only reservation ..... you may lose the $$$ for those nights, but not the reservation.

I've read posts that Disney has been pretty accomodating when there have been really bad weather situations (ie, hurricanes, blizzards, etc). There could be a possibility that if your trip was delayed due to weather/plane malfunction and you couldn't get a flight, they would not charge you for the night(s) missed ............. but be prepared to have to pay.
