For those of you who have outstanding pending offers with any of the reward programs, I just wanted you to see the language that is posted on one of the advertisers that a lot of us use. This is the first time that I have seen it put this way:
"Though we will do our best to obtain credit for legitimate non-crediting situations, credit is NOT guaranteed. When we submit a request, the user must have met all requirements, must have their confirmation emails and must STILL be a member. Advertisers pay commissions for customers, and are unwilling to manually credit those that are - by quick cancellation - no longer customers. " (emphasis added)
Hopefully this helps explain why a lot of you are not getting credits when you fill out trouble tickets or disputes or whatever the rewards program has in place. It definitely explains why I haven't won most of the disputes that I have filed.
