Cancellation Requirements

Some of the reservation screens indicate a 24 hour cancellation and for the exact same reservation, another screen will state 48 hour cancellation. I have had this problem with BOG and with my Candlelight Processional reservation. I did read the sticky but it was from 2011 so I wanted to double check the current requirements.

Anyone know which one is accurate? Do I have to cancel by 24 or 48 hours to avoid the charge? Thanks!

BOG has a 24-hour cancellation. I don't know about Candlelight Processional.

Candlelight Processional is 48 hours.

The sticky is as accurate as it can be at this time, it was last updated February 2013. It does not address the CP packages, which are special events. They have a different cancellation policy from regular restaurant reservations.
