Cancellation question

DH's gram is not doing well so I'm trying to gather all the info I need in case we need to delay or change our trip.

I'll try not to make this sound confusing. Up until what time the day before check-in do I have to cancel before my points are forfeited?? Do I have that whole day up until 12am?

You have to cancel by midnight the night before your arrival. If MS is closed, call the resort front desk.
