cancellation policy question-please help??

I was trying to find out about the cancellation policy for a wdw trip. What I wanted to know was if I have my reservations and park hopper passes already paid for in full and if for some reason I wasn't able to go do I get a refund of any kind?? Or will they allow me to save my reservations and tickets for another time?? Please help me with this question I can not find the answer to anywhere

It would probably depend on how you bought them. We were told a couple of different things by Disney (6 vs 45 for room only or package). I would think as long as you were outside of those, you'd be entitled to a full refund. Good luck!
