Cancellation policy on member discount cash reservations

What is the cancellation policy for member discount cash rooms? Is it 5 days? Or 30?

I was told 6 days for member cash at HHI. They never asked for my credit card info, so I don't know what they would do if we canceled too late or failed to show.
