Cancellation policy on garden rocks dining?

I am just wondering if the cancellation policy is any different when you are doing a package dining reservation - such as the Garden Rocks Concert dining package.

We have a trip planned dining already set, but my in laws may or may not want to do the concert dining. So I booked but may cancel.

I checked the info on the reservation section for this series, but it doesn't mention anything about the cancellation being different from the usual 11:59 the night before

Dining package cancellation is generally no different from the regular cancellation policy. If the package is of the pre-paid variety, then it probably has a 2 day cancellation, but the details will be clearly stated.

If there is no specific mention of a different cancellation policy on the email, then the standard policy applies.

I had a Candlelight Processional package last year that I also thought was only 24-hours. I was having issues cancelling in MDX and called to find out it was 48 hours.

I looked back and found the confirmation e-mail clearly stated 2 days:

Cancel
- There is a 2 Day cancellation policy. Full price will be charged/forfeited if canceling within 2 Days or no show of the reservation.

I must have just missed it. Do you still have your reservation confirmation e-mail?

I'll have to look back and search for it. I'm glad you mentioned this because the website makes no mention of it.

EDIT -- I just checked the email -- 2 day cancellation!! Glad i checked. I'm going to try and get a solid answer before our trip as i certainly don't want to hold up a reservation that someone else can snag.

They really hide it in that e-mail! Good luck getting your answer!
