Cancellation Policy - Can I transfer or Bank?

It looks like I am going to have to cancel my existing vacation and rebook for another time of year. I am going to have points left over when I do this.

My questions:

1. Can I bank the points (it is 60 days away so they do go back in my account for this use year)?

2. Can I transfer the points to another DVC member?

There is probably another post about this but the search is not working. Any insight you can provide is appreciated.

Depending on your UY, can you still bank those points? As long as the points were not already banked or borrowed, you can transfer them.
