Cancellation Policy - 24 hours out?

We may have to cancel a trip - supposed to leave tomorrow for a week - due to illness. What is the cancellation policy with this short of a notice? Anyone know for sure?

I was told on my package if I cancelled within 5 days there would be a $200 cancellation fee.

We called to cancel 3 days prior to our departure date due to a death in the family. They told us that typically we would lose the first night deposit but wouldn't be held responsible for the rest of the stay. She told me we could re-schedule to any other date with no penalty which is what we did. I hope it all works out for you.
