Hello,

Please forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong section.

I have a trip upcoming and two of my party members cannot make the journey. I have already paid for the trip (hotel, dining and ticket package).

Does anyone know how many days out I have to cancel the 2 party members and get a refund?

Thank you for your time,
Maureen

If you're under 45 days out, then there will be a change fee (believe it's a flat $50 but it may have gone up) to take those two off the reservation and refund you for those parts of the package.

ETA: Just checked and it looks like the cutoff is 30 days out instead of 45 days now. Also the change fee is still technically $50, but Disney being Disney, there's also a $15 "processing fee"...

Thank you. I don't mind paying the fee if that's what it comes down to. It's better than losing more money.

Also, is there a page I can find this information? I would like to have it for future use. Thank you, kindly.

I wouldn't describe this as Disney being Disney, but rather "the hotel industry being the hotel industry"

Actually you should be looking on your booking documents. any website is just giving you general information that may or may not apply depending on who you booked with, the terms of your agreement, and the timing.

Yes, I agree.

I asked the question at a time when I had no time to make a phone call (if that makes sense). I guess I just wanted appeasement during the waiting period to ease the tension.
