Cancellation guidelines?

Anyone know if they are still waiving the holding rule if you cancel 30 days or less?

Still waiving, but personally I would not rely on that when deciding when to cancel, since DVC could end it at any time, e.g., could be in effect 31 days before your arrival and then declared over the next morning.

I agree and my renter won't answer any of my emails. Usually the renter can't contact the owner but I try to make it easy on renters and can't get an answer back. Deposit paid but points will go into holding in 10 days. That will not happen.
