Canceling select users from a fastpass

So with the last east update to MDE if you use the cancel option to remove just some users from a fast pass to rebook to a different park you will lose the original fast passes. Yesterday I took two users off of three animal Kingdom fast passes so they could rebook to magic kingdom. I used the cancel option and selected two users. All seemed fine. And yesterday Disney rolled out an update that messed that up. I lost the animal kingdom fast passes entirely. And according to the people on the phone they can’t recover FOP. And yes I have screen shots. But they keep saying that one ride can’t be saved. So do not make my mistake.

I'm not sure I'm following. If you had 3 FP's set for AK and then went in and instead made a single selection at MK, all FP for AK would then be lost as you can not hold FP's in 2 parks as pre-selected FP's. Or do you mean you only changed 2 out of 3 people and for some reason it affected all 3?

It’s the Modify option you need to use.

You have to move the guests who won’t need a specific FP away from that FP by choosing anything.

After they are removed from the FP, then go in and book them for another park.

I use to be able to use the modify button to move a fast pass from one person to another person within my friends and family list but I can not do it anymore.
Did they remove the ability to modify a fast pass within a family ???
I wanted to move a fast pass for October from one person to the other (Seven Dwarf) but all I could try to do is cancel and quickly try to get it back but that did not work.
