Canceling question when paid in full

After moving our spring trip to late May, then early July, we will need to cancel our trip for now. Flight changes being a part of that. With a college student and and a high school student, the earliest date for us to reschedule would be next summer, so I will cancel Now and rebook at a later date.

My question is, since we are paid in full, is it better to call and talk to a CM or just cancel online?

Cancel it online if the option is there. It's easy peasy. My refunds hit within a day or two.
