canceling online

Has anybody canceled online? I'm uncertain if I trust the system to cancel. Lol I need to change from a one bedroom to a studio. Think I'll just be better off calling to make the change?

There is no issue with cancelling online. However if you are cancelling because you want to change from a 1BR to a studio you could call MS. They can do it without changing your reservation number, just in case you have everything already entered into MDE.
