Canceling March trip, suggestions?

We were planning a March trip, to WLV's and now that both of my older 2 kids have missed an additional 4 days of school. Plus the 3 for dd16, and the 5 for ds9 on our trip 2 weeks ago. we just can not take that much time away from school. sooooo...We have 2 weeks in NH this summer. Maybe The Jersey Shore in July. I currently have the last week in October booked 04. Would I be better off with last week October or first or second week December like we did this last trip.
That is apparently the food and wine festival. Will it be really overly crowded, BCV and BWV's area? I prefer to go where the crowds will be the lowest... Any feedback? Thanks

Last week October will be warmer weather, it will be before Jersey week and both water parks will be open.....

Crowds should be about the same for both times I would guess but still be low compared to March

The last week in October will also allow you to go to MNSSHP which was pretty fun when I went the last week of October this year.
