canceling free dining package

We've booked a free dining package for November. Our 180 day window is next week. We have APs and prefer a room only discount. If we book dining reservations under the free dining promo but then switch to a room only reservation if a discount becomes available (and at a different resort) will we lose our dining reservations?

There are only a few we like to have so it's not a huge deal but just wondering if there's a way around it to keep some of them.

Your dining reservations are not linked to the package so even if you cancel the FD package you will keep your dining reservations.

I made dining reservations before I even booked my trip so no, you won't lose them. Like others said, not connected to your hotel reservation.

I always make ressies 180 days out even if I don't have a resort booking. I'm not playing the sniper if I don't have to. I know I'm going
