I made the reservation for them, as they were not sure how to do it. This was their must do restaurant. The reservation was guaranteed with my credit card, though I won’t be there. Now, I am told that they don’t have a park reservation for that date, and they continually refuse to purchase park hoppers. I had advised them before that they won’t get into the park without one or the other.
I have been on hold for 100+ minutes, as of right now.
BTW, it’s about a month before their trip, and it was by luck that I landed that ADR; someone must have just cancelled.
They did just set up a
MDE account, but they won’t do anything I recommend. They have not been to WDW in more than 4 or 5 years. I don’t know if they are doing this on their own or not, but their planning is backwards; I am out of it, after I cancel the ADR.
