Canceling a WW Monthly Pass - Questions

I was wondering if anyone here knew the answer to this:

I just canceled my WW monthly pass online. I've been already billed for the month of June. The end subscription date when canceled said July 5th.

Does that mean I can still attend meeting until July 5th??

I really didn't understand the whole refund policy - it's sorta confusing.

I had to cancel because I'll be spending the summer at our lake house and there are no WW centers anywhere in the area. The nearest location I could find was 90 mins away - one way!

I plan to stick with it on my own for two months, then rejoin at home after the summer.

I am not an expert, but I would think it would be good until July 5th.

That's what I thought, but on my confirmation it says "your refund amount has been calculated according to your subscription". I'm not sure what that means? Is that July 5th or they're giving me a refund for June???

Hmmm, in that case I am not sure. Why don't you just call the 800# and ask for clarification? Or check with your WW center, they should be able to guide you correctly. It does sound a little confusing.

I sent WW Customer Service an email they said they'll respond within 48 hours.

I'm planning on going to my weekly meeting Wednesday, so I'll find out then if they tell me my card is valid or not.

I was just wondering if anyone had canceled and knew how this worked. It doesn't sound as simple as they make it seem.

I cancelled when I made lifetime, but I really do not remember the particulars because I was still attending meetings, sorry. I hope you hear something soon, when you get your answer I would love to know what they said.
