Canceling a reservation

Hi guys! So we'd like to cancel a reservation. The reservation was made with banked 2016 points and some of our 2017 points. Can I cancel through the website? Or do I have to call? Thank you!

You can cancel online.

All of the points will be returned to the UY in which the reservation was to take place. As long as you cancel 31 days or more before check-in, the 2017 UY points will be bankable if within banking window. If 30 days or less, all points go into holding. The points banked into your 2017 UY will need to be used before the end of the 2017 UY or they will be lost.

I modified the post to indicate that the 2017 point will be bankable as long as you are still within your banking window at the time you cancel (and 31 day or more from check in).
