I have a scenario for whch i need some clarification. I currently am booked at BWV in a BW view room for next June. We decided that we are probably going on a cruise before our stay. Well, the cruise and the BWV reservation overlap one night. My question is, am I able to cancel just that one night in the future even if no BWV BW view rooms are available? It seems like I read at some point that if you drop a night, your entire reservation is essentially rebooked and, if what you have is no longer available, you have to book something else. I hope that is clear. Since we don't know we are going on the cruise for certain (it's a lot of money), I'd hate to lose this night.

Thanks!

No problem. Yuo can drop a single night without having to re-book the entire vacation.

no problem...just make sure to make the cancellation outside of the last 4 months of your UY, and 31 days or more before the checkin date.

The rebook problem refers more to trying to drop a day from the middle of a reservation. Dropping days from either the front or back of a reservation should be no problem.

Heed this advice........I had a 2 BR Villa and studio reservation a while back and cancelled the studio inside the 31 days of check in and ended up with points in a holding account, which encumbers the use/rental of those points greatly.
