I've booked pirate and palls for march the 11th, it says a chance of thunderstorm, if pirate and palls gets canceled do we get refunded?

I've asked a friend who would know for sure, but have not heard back yet. The only thing I remember from our cruise was that I was told to bring rain gear. As long as there's no lightning, I think it's still a go.

okay i called disney marina at contemporary where you book, and they said that if its canceled due to weather they will refund

can't wait to hear what they say i called disney and talked to the area you book the pirates and palls and told her i was only there two days, and she was like then if its canceled wed be refunded

I talked to someone in the know. This was last the person heard. Guest safety is #1. There are a bunch of different scenarios and it's a little sketchy. If notice that everything is cancelled and given in time, guests get a full refund. If something happens that the boat part doesn't happen, the inside "stuff" goes on, then everyone is escorted to a viewing area and refunded 50%.

Good info to know. Some of these pricey outdoor events are a gamble with weather - I'd like to know that Disney is willing to adjust or refund if need be.

I think it's appalling that guests only get a 50% refund on a weather change. The whole crux of the experience is the boat.

well from what the lady told me if we choose that we don't want to do whats offered when we paid for the first part we just have to say so and they will refund full, my friend said thats what she would do while i would want to do the characters

Then it would probably be best for you not to reserve the Pirates and Pals Cruise without a 100% guarantee of no precipitation or lightning.

Yes, I acknowledged that it's not a big thing and I do indeed understand what he means, but a pal and a pall are two completely different things. One I want and look forward to and the other I do not. I'm not normally a grumpy grammarian or a spelling Nazi, but this one is in my profession (which I'm apparently not allowed to mention) and words matter.

I'd say it's very likely that he/she is typing using something with predictive text.
