Canceled a reservation but it’s still on my dashboard

This was a first for me. I canceled a January reservation this morning and only a portion of my points went back. 62 out of 77 went back. But the reservation is still on my dashboard. I got the dwarfs at the end of my process so grumpy grabbed my 15 missing points and ran off with them. i tried to cancel again, but get the dwarfs at the end of the process again. I hate calling MS.

I would give it until tomorrow to reflect the changes. This has happened to be before and after wasting my time calling I was told to give it 24 hours to update

Good news, I finally got back on and attempted to cancel my reservation again, even though I canceled it earlier but got dwarves and missing points. This time the cancellation went through and I got my missing points. So glad I didn’t have to call MS to fix.
