Akershus on 11/15 for 1:20- 3 people
11/13 Hollywood and Vine for 2 at 12:55
CP 8:15 on 11/17 for 3 ppl


I might cancel HDDR on the 15 5:0 Cat 1 and 11/15 @12:40 Coral Reef if someone on here would trade for LTT or CP dinner on the 15th.

How does this transfer thing work? They don't seem to allow you to change the name and number on the ADR so what happens?

Has this been a problem for you? Someone is trying to do this for me as we speak. I hope she has better luck. If not I guess I will just checkin at the podium using her name.

When I transfered an ADR to someone on here, I told the CM that I no longer needed the ADR and wanted to give it to friend. The CM then took her name and phone number. The CM also asked some questions that I couldn't answer like if she was on the DP and the ages of her children (the ADR was for Chef Mickey's). The CM was OK with not having those answers. I then PM'd the dis'er and gave her the confirmation number.

We have an ADR at Port Orleans Riverside Boatwrights Dining Hall for November 22 (Thanksgiving) at 4:30pm for 4 people. We would like to have a reservation for 6 people at the same time frame at either Boatwrights or similar place as my middle son and his friend will be joining us. We will also take a 2 person Boatwrights reservation and just sit in different areas of the hall if any one is going to cancel. If that is not possible, I will gladly give up the ADR and dine offsite. You can PM me or reply here. I have been calling for the last two weeks for an extra 2 seats, but with no success.

I am getting so desperate. I had my mind set on Chefs de France for dinner when my DH managed to get us one.. then I found out it was for October ... all I could get was a lunch. Then my girls decided they want a princess meal, and of course I can't get that either. Thanksgiving week, my son's birthday and our first trip, but I can't get anything I want grrrr. This is more stressful than finals!

I feel your pain. We all feel your pain! Do not stress. In the big scheme of life this is small potatoes. But yes, it is disappointing. 5 years ago you could walk into any TS & be seated within the hour. Even 2 years ago you could still snag an ADR at the last minute or be a walk-in. I know others will disagree & fight to prove me wrong but I do believe the inception of the DDP has really caused the inability to make an ADR inside of the 180-day window, and the inability to walk into any TS restaraunt. Keep trying - I believe you actually have a better chance at getting an ADR the day before or the day of when you want to go. I know twice last year we called in the am to cancel an ADR for that same day. People get to WDW & realize they can't stick to their planned schedule, or someone gets sick, or just plain old changes their mind!

They told me they were totally booked for lunch and dinner. If so, can you e-mail me at cathyn@primus.ca?

Also -- does anyone know when they say they're booked for lunch and dinner, does that mean the entire day? I asked and she just said "yes," but when I asked her when dinner was she said 4-8. But the restaurant doesn't close until 9 or so?
Any ideas anyone? Should I go first thing and see if there was a cancellation?

Thanks, I know I shoudn't flip over this, but it's getting to me... it just hit me last night how close we are, and I'm now wishing I had another month or two.
