Cancel online

OK- so I swear I did this before, to cancel a res, but could not see an obvious link today so I called MS and had them cancel a room. When I asked about it the cm said you can only cancel by phone.

Again, thought I did it before, in changing dates for a trip, but then where should I see the link?

It's there, you need to pull up the upcoming travel plan, there is a link to cancel.

You can either cancel online or by calling ms. You can go to vacation center to view your reservation and cancel it.

I, too, had the darnedest time trying to find the cancelation link. It is really not in an intuitive place since you usually do it in tandem with booking a new res.
