If I place a mobile order for a future time and then our plans change and we will no longer be in the park, can we cancel the order and be refunded?

Having an adult child with special needs we have to plan the day out for him...but our plans often can change very quickly depending upon the surroundings and we may need to change locations/leave the park, etc. on a dime.

You don't get charged until you pick up the order. You can cancel it anytime. But if you forget to do that, and you never pick up the food, you won't be charged.

You can also change the arrival window as long as the pick up time hasn't started yet. You can move it earlier or later, based on availability. Once the time has started, you can no longer change it, BUT you can still show up anytime and click "I'm here, prepare my food."

I have a special needs son, I NEVER place a future time mobile order. When we about ready to eat, I will place the order and have never been offered a time that wasn't in the next 30 minutes. I order, press here when we are close and have never waited more than 10 minutes.

Sometimes I wait until I get to the restaurant to order and checked to see how long the SB line is. Now I have not gone at any holidays other than 4th of July week and Memorial Day week but I still had no problems doing this. And my son may tell me cheeseburger in the morning but by lunch wants something else so I don't do the future thing.

Thank you everyone! This information is very helpful and will assist with making our visit more manageable for our family.

@HopperFan: Have you done this at Woody's Lunchbox? My experience has been that if I want to have lunch there, I have to order by 10 a.m. at the latest. Although there is a standby line now, so maybe you do that. Sometimes that seems to be moving faster than the mobile order pickup.

I have found that this can happen at busy times for lots of places. I often place orders in the morning to reserve a time… you lose nothing by editing the order or cancelling but at least your time can be saved.

No. The menu does not appeal to me and we like to eat indoors.
